Goddard Covered Bridge

This one looks so much better after it's restoration was completed last year. What better way to break in my new camera.

These covered bridges are so attractive . . you have me wondering what it looked like before restoration, now ! Looks like that house beyond is on line with the bridge and would make a good ‘thru’ shot??

@Ronnie 2¢: Thanks, we have around 13 still left in the state. This is one of the few that are still used. The "house" is actually a church and I have some "thru" shots of it. Also have one of the old shots of the bridge before it was restored.

Nice composition. Covered bridges make for a great subject. Good eye!

I have a great "thru shot" of my husband and myself after our wedding standing in the front of the bridge-wish I could attach it. I loved seeing this shot as we have not been back to this area since the restoration.
